05.02.2019 - Notice to patients - On the 25th February 2019 Brierley Medical Centre will be changing computer systems this will affect our online users , please can you contact the surgery either over the telephone or in person where a member of the team will be able to provide you with new logins for the new system . This process may take 24 - 48 hours, we will update this notice if there are any further changes .
We are currently accepting new patients at Brierley Medical Centre, if you wish to register please call in to our Reception where you can complete a registration form .

If you cannot attend your appointment for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible, giving at least 24 hours notice. We can then offer the appointment to some-one else.
More choice to access evening and weekend appointments with GP's and Nurses.
This is a free NHS service and you do not need to register, and is available to anyone who is registered with a GP practice in Barnsley.
